The air conditioning system in an office building must be both energy efficient, adaptable to different zones and easy to manage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this article, we present a successfully implemented project by the Balkan Klima team - complete air conditioning of a modern office building located in the central part of Ruse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Project profile<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Object type:<\/strong> Administrative building with offices, meeting rooms and common areas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Total area:<\/strong> approximately 1200 sq m<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Number of floors:<\/strong> 3 floors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Year of implementation:<\/strong> 2024<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Purpose:<\/strong> Centralized heating and cooling control with the possibility of individual control in each room<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The selected system<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After done <strong>inspection and energy audit<\/strong> was chosen <strong>Daikin VRF system<\/strong>, suitable for medium and large commercial and administrative facilities. The system configuration includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>1 external module<\/strong> with a capacity of 40 kW<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>18 indoor units<\/strong> of various types (including cassette, wall and duct)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Centralized controller<\/strong>, allowing management by floors and individual offices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Integrated remote control and monitoring system via web interface<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key benefits of the solution<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. <strong>Zone control<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It allows each room to be air-conditioned according to the needs of the team, without compromising between individual preferences and the overall energy policy of the building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. <strong>High seasonal efficiency<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The system uses refrigerant <strong>R32<\/strong> and offers <strong>SCOP above 4.5<\/strong> \u0438 <strong>SEER above 7.0<\/strong>, ensuring low energy consumption and long-term sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. <strong>Silent operation<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The indoor units operate at extremely low noise levels \u2013 up to <strong>22 dB<\/strong>, providing a quiet and unobtrusive working environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. <strong>Flexible installation<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The different types of indoor units are installed according to the architectural and functional requirements of the premises, without compromising the interior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Customer feedback<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201e&quot;The process was professionally structured from the initial consultation to the final commissioning.
